We have 2 Options to Choose from…
Option #1
GIVE US A NAME AND NUMBER AND WE WILL DO EVERYTHING ELSE.
Once The Dave Bulava Group receives the information on your short sale prospect, we begin our proven process. We will handle everything…we market the property, pre-qualify the seller, obtain all of the documents, negotiate the transaction through bank approval, close the deal and pay you a 30% referral fee.
-You provide us with the lead.
-Our team does everything else.
-We pay you an easy 30% referral fee at closing.
Option #2
YOU CO-OP THE LISTING WITH US AND WE PROCESS THE SHORT SALE
The Dave Bulava Group will operate as an extension of you. This option is similar to a regular retail listing but without the headache of marketing and processing. You act as the “go between” for the seller and our team. You are responsible for gathering all of the documents needed by the bank, installing a lockbox, sending us pictures of the home and negotiating an acceptable contract between the seller and buyer. We handle all of the listing paperwork, placing the property in the MLS, marketing, pre-qualifying the seller, negotiating the transaction through bank approval, coordinating the closing and split the commission with you 50/50.
